Abstract

The Decree regulates extrajudicial conflicts in areas like labor issues in Part III, Title I, chapters 1,2 and 3, Sections 1, 2 and 3 of Law 446 of 1998, and in articles 19, 21 and 22 of the Labor Procedural Code.
