dc.description.abstract This report by the secretary general addresses the issues and models related to transitional justice and justice reforms in post-conflict societies. This report explores the different needs post-conflict countries may have and how the international system can work towards helping countries achieve these goals. To an extent this entails moving from tribunals to a victim-centered approach.
