Reseña: The present study of the Justice Studies Center of the Americas focuses on the implementation of the reform processes through a systematic and comparative attempt to produce information on the day-to-dayoperations of the reformed systems. It assumes that understanding the way the new systems are operating, and disseminating that information, will provide the greatestincentive for those involved in the reforms to revitalize them; to clearly identify their problems and to design strategies to overcome them. The study focuses on four countries: Chile, Costa Rica, Paraguay and the province of Cordoba in Argentina.
