Justicia Centrada en las Personas. Acceso a la justicia formal, alternativa y comunitaria en Colombia y el Perú Centro de Estudios de, Justicia de las Américas CEJA e IDRC comparten objetivos e intereses compatibles, por lo que han conformado una alianza estratégica con el propósito de generar un espacio de trabajo enfocado en las vías de solución de conflictos. Esta colaboración busca aportar información útil, mejorar las respuestas institucionales, socializar aprendizajes y compartir herramientas entre regiones, sistemas, actores y la sociedad civil. En este marco se inscriben los informes sobre las "Vías de solución de conflictos civiles y familiares en Colombia y Perú: efectividad de los abordajes y respuestas", para contribuir a solucionar la falta de evidencia y datos sobre el acceso a la justicia centrado en las personas, en conflictos de familia y vivienda, y las vías para lograrlo (judiciales y no judiciales). La falta de información dificulta el acceso a la justicia efectivo para las personas.

The study seeks to address two main questions: What is the status of judicial independence from a broad regional perspective? What impacts and risks does the region currently face? In addition to answering these questions, this report proposes a new roadmap for work in this field by justice institutions, civil society and international agencies.
