The purpose of this document is to develop the strategic goals set by the JSCA Board of Directors for 2005-2009. The objectives of this plan are (i) to guide the work that JSCA’s Executive Directorship is to carry out during this period, (ii) to involve the governments of the region and most direct targets of our activities, the institutions and people of the justice sector of each of the countries of the Americas, in the same, and (iii) to facilitate fundraising activities that will ensure the availability of the funds needed in order to carry out this work.
