During this period, JSCA moved to its new headquarters. In the middle of January 2003, JSCA launched its new Web site. During the first trimester the JSCA Web site registered a total of 19,472 external visits, with an average of 226 sessions daily . In December 2003, work begun on disseminating the newly published JSCA guide Cifrar y Descifrar (Coding and Decoding). Also in this period, preparations were made for the third stage of the Criminal Procedure Reform in the Americas Follow-up Project. |
