dc.description.abstract During this period, JSCA moved to its new headquarters. In the middle of January 2003, JSCA launched its new Web site. During the first trimester the JSCA Web site registered a total of 19,472 external visits, with an average of 226 sessions daily . In December 2003, work begun on disseminating the newly published JSCA guide Cifrar y Descifrar (Coding and Decoding). Also in this period, preparations were made for the third stage of the Criminal Procedure Reform in the Americas Follow-up Project.
