Abstract

Noting with the gravest concern that racism, racial discrimination, colonialism and apartheidcontinue to afflict the world in ever-changing forms, the General Conference of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and CulturalOrganization, meeting at Paris at its twentieth session, from 24 October to 28 November 1978, adopts and solemnly proclaims this Declaration on Race and Racial Prejudice.
