Decreto Ley Num.25707: Declaran en emergencia la utilización de explosivos de uso civil y conexos

Abstract

As part of anti-subversive strategy, the Decree declares a national emergency the use of explosives by civilians. The Decree has the aim of increasing measures of control of the manufacture and sale of explosives.
