This document contains the results of the JSCA study on online access to key information on the functioning of the judicial systems of the 34 member countries of the Organization of American States (OAS). Given the current state of technology, the use of the Internet, often referred to as the information superhighway, facilitates access to all kinds of information. This is particularly important for public institutions that play an important role in promoting democratic coexistence and that are legally obligated to provide citizens with all available information on their work. |
