dc.description.abstract This article reviews U.S. immigration law and suggests improvements based on the principle of cultural diplomacy. The article asserts that in the post-9/11 world this sort of reformation is necessary to improve the U.S.’s image and continue the exchange of ideas, arts, and cultures across borders.
