dc.description.abstract The following document examines the strengthening of one of these “disaggregated spheres of authority” (in the phrase of James Rosenau), one of the arenas where modes of regulating human behavior that were previously monopolized by state sovereigns has been taken over by a trans-state actor, the European Court of Human Rights.
