Model Code of Conduct for Judicial Employees in the State of Nevada

Abstract

This Model Code of Conduct applies to all employees of the Judicial Branch in the State of Nevada except the justices, and judicial officers of the Judicial Branch in the State of Nevada. Contractors and other non-employees who serve the judiciary are not coveredby this Code, but appointing authorities may impose these or similar ethical standards onsuch non-employees, as deemed appropriate.
