| dc.description.abstract | After many months of speculation, numerous modifications to the IMMEX (formerly Maquiladora) Decree were published in Mexico’s Official Gazette on December 24, 2010. Compared to the proposed draft IMMEX Decree that was published on January 14, 2010, the enacted Article 33 of the IMMEX Decree is less stringent. This report reviews and analyzes the new requirements IMMEX laws. | |
