Abstract

Demonstrating perseverance and teamwork,the Administrative Office made greatstrides in service to the federal courts during2003. Staff advanced new technologiesfor many aspects of court operations, deliveredinnovative training to strengthen coreworker competencies, managed resourceacquisition with attention to efficiency andcost effectiveness, and developed detailedplans for continuing the work of the Judiciaryduring emergencies.
