A Guide to Good Practices from Latin America. For more than a decade, the Association for Civil Rights (Asociación por los Derechos Civiles, ADC) has been working actively to strengthen a legal and institutional culture that guarantees the fundamental rights of individuals in accordance with Argentina’s National Constitution, international human rights standards and democratic values.
