Statutory rules and regulations: Proceeds of crime (money laundering) regulations, 2002

Abstract

For the purpose of these Regulations, “money laundering”, and other expressions used in the Proceeds of Crime and Money Laundering (Prevention) Act, shall have themeaning given under that Act.
