Case Studies is an e-publication of the Pretrial Justice Institute. This edition provides an overview of the lessons learned by the District of Colombia Pretrial Services Agency. The D.C. Pretrial Services Agency is a model nationally for demonstrating that the vision for pretrial justice outlined in the standards of the American Bar Association and the National Association of Pretrial Services Agencies can be achieved.
