Resumen
This article concludes the first detailed study of judicial liens under New York law in over forty years, and the very first since New York enacted the CPLR in 1963. The study concludes that New York law on this matter is highly absurd and arbitrary. The article includes a detailed look at how New York judicial liens on person property interact with Article 9 security interests, tax liens and bankruptcy proceedings.
