Rules of Arbitration

Abstract

Where parties have agreed in writing to subject their disputes to the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Chilean American Chamber of Commerce (hereinafterCenter), the arbitration shall take place in accordance with these rules, as in effect at the date of commencement of the arbitration proceeding, subject to whatevermodifications the parties may adopt in writing.
