Access to Justice: Lessons from the Field

Abstract

This paper addresses the issue of access to justice. First, it elaborates its significance, and then conceptualizes the term “access to justice” both in theory and in practice. Finally, the study will examine lessons learned from access to justice projects throughout the developing world.
