Abstract

A part of the Solidarity Center’s series Justice for All: A Guide ot Worker Rights in the Global Economy, this report examines Mexico’s century-long fight for independent, democratic trade unions and social justice. It puts Mexico’s labor law and practice to the test against international worker rights standards reflected in International Labor Organization coventions and the ILO’s 1998 Declearation on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.
