Abstract

During the perido July 2004 to September 2004, concluded the original version of the Criminal Procedure Reform Follow-up Study. Also during this period, the publication “Gender Violence and the Criminal Procedure Reform in Chile: Sex crimes and Injury by Alejandra Mera and Lidia Casas was published. On September 22-24, the III Meeting of the Americas on Peaceful Dispute Resolution was held in Viña del Mar (Chile). The event was organized by JSCA, the Chilean Ministry of Justice, and the Universidad Diego Portales.
