2009 Survey of Pretrial Services Programs

Abstract

This report presents the findings of a survey of pretrial services programs recently completed by the Pretrial Justice Institute (PJI), with funding from the JEHT Foundation and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). This is the fourth such survey over the past 30 years, with the prior studies having been completed in 1979, 1989, and 2001.
