10 Years of Popular and Group Actions: Assessment

Abstract

The participation of the Corporation for Excellence in Justice in this project was oriented towards encouraging research on issues related to popular and group actions, judicial activism, and the perception of this activity by the community. Through meetings and interviews with businesspeople, judges, attorneys and mayors, we developed an initial assessment of their perceptions of popular actions.
