Abstract

The Board of Directors of the Justice Studies Center of the Americas met on December 10, 2004 in the city of Santiago, Chile In attendance were Board members Federico Callizo, George M. Thomson, Jaime Arellano, Lloyd Ellis and Douglass Cassel and member elect Germán Garavano. By virtue of Article 13 of the JSCA Statute and Articles 18 and 19 of the Regulations, the Board resolved the following resolutions.
