Abstract

With the entry into force of article 301-A of the Criminal Procedure Code, provided for in Legislative Decree 959, of August 17, 2004, Peru now has an absolutely innovative system that makes Supreme Court rulings, called Ejecutorias Supremas in Peru, legally binding case law.
