dc.description.abstract |
The purpose of this article is to provide a systemic overview of the present state of the development of the international judiciary. It is by no means a comprehensive or exhaustive survey. The intent is to show that “international judicial law and organization” can and should be studied as a discipline in its own right, without the need to be subsumed under the general category of “Peace Settlement of International Disputes.” |
