dc.description.abstract In this article, the authors describe, apply, and thereby promote the adoption of the ISO9002 quality regulations in judicial administration. Using specific techniques, such asthe concentration of resolutions and others generally related to quality management,they obtain concrete results that reduce the average processing times by 30% or more,as measured by statistical methods in order to contrast hypothesis common in this typeof work. In accordance with the theoretical focus applied, based on systems theory, theybriefly discuss the underlying mathematical model of management.
