The common denominator of all community prosecution programs is that prosecutors operate in response to community needs. Problems can be identified through analyzing crime patters and socioeconomic data, as well as by attending community meetings and listening to concerns of citizens. Once problems are identified, resources are allocated accordingly. (palabras claves: persecución penal inteligente, investigación penal, ministerio público, comunidad) |
