dc.description.abstract The principles of social cohesion are the creation and strengthening of qualified public institutions and services that are able to respond to the most urgent demands of diverse sectors of society and stabilize conflicts of expectations. The judicial sector takes on special importance in international cooperation projects and programs that look to increase levels of social cohesion given that its attributes include overcoming disputes through diverse instruments and mechanisms that guarantee stability of expectations, expand confidence in social communication networks, and ensure full citizenship.
