dc.description.abstract This paper provides a model of judicial education and training. The model is constructedfrom an assessment of the application of educational theory and principle to theendeavour of educating judges. The practice of international experience is then reviewedin five case studies to identify common challenges in judicial education around the world.Finally, the paper develops some practical guidelines and tools to assist courts todevelop and train judicial trainers.
