dc.description.abstract This paper argues that the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General on the Issue of Human Rights and Transnational Corporations and Other Business Enterprises has contributed a lot to providing decisive answers on the nature of human rights violations by transnational companies and other enterprises, there is still no decisive answer regarding the responsibilities of companies to address human rights, leaving the victims in a vulnerable and precarious position.
