dc.description.abstract The Foundation for Due Process of Law (DPLF) is the only private, nonprofit, based in the United States, which promotes the reform and modernization of national justice systems in Latin America, to ensure that the state of law and respect for human rights are the hallmark of the fundamental systems of justice in the Americas. All this work is done through academic research, training and advice on litigation strategy.
