dc.description.abstract The German project “Support for the Colombian Peace Process in the Context of the Justice and Peace Law: An Example of Transitional Justice,” which is being financed by the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the cooperation of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für technische Zusamenarbeit –gTz–, offers the academic community and judicial operators this book, which develops three topics proposed by the National Attorney General. All three are related to the interpretation of the special procedure of justice and peace incorporated into Law 975, dated 25 July 2005: Judicial reparation, principle of opportunity and infancy. The law has generated extremely compelling academic discussions as well as some difficulties for the judicial operators who have had to apply it.
