dc.description.abstract The liaisons and responsibility of judges, lawyers and parties within the judicial process is an extremely complex issue. As a result, it may be analyzed from various points of view to be determined issue based on the investigator’s objective. In this study, the author analyzes these relationships from a systematic perspective whereby the judge, litigant and parties are deemed as members of a subsystem within the Judiciary and, as such, are considered interdependent. The purpose hereof is to propose a system of rules for Mexico whereby litigants may be held responsible when, due to their negligence, gross inexperience or misconduct during the process, the parties they represent are affected or could be affected.
