dc.description.abstract | The focus of this paper is the experience of countries that have made changes to the public prosecutor’s office as part of procedure system reforms. In order to contribute to the debate on this topic, the author will provide a brief overview of the current state of efforts to reform the public prosecutor’s office in the region, paying special attention to the main problems that this institution is confronting in the context of reformed procedure systems. |
